• If using my artworks, please give credit to my instagram by simply linking back to it @lil_perubi
• You are not authorize to use my artworks for commercial purposes or claim my works as your own.
• Do not remove or editted my signature within the artwork.
• Do not rush me or spam my messages
• If you have a deadline, please inform me beforehand to avoid conflict. Sometimes I take a long time to finish an artwork.
• You can revise a wip for a total of 3 times.
• I have the right to refuse a commission I feel uncomfortable.
• I reserve the right to post finished art commissions on my social media and / or use them as promotional material.
• Minting of any of my artwork in NFTs or other blockchain-related cryptocurrencies is strictly forbidden.

Production timeline estimation:

• Chibi: Usually will take 1-2 days.
• Basic Sketches will also 1-2 days. Complex BW Sketches will need at least a week minimum.
• Basic Colors will take a minimum of 1 week and will take longer depending on complexity.
• Progressions will vary depending on my in real life matters.

※ I will always send invoice first, please send me the full payment after you receive my sketches (for sketch order, full payment after my rough sketch). Otherwise, I will not proceed.

※ Payment methods:

• Paypal
• Local bank transfer app (US only)

※ Note: If you have a deadline, please tell me before hands  .

• A minimum of 50% will be paid upon receiving the invoice in the [Discussion] stage above. 50% of your total amount to be paid will be the safety deposit.
• The other 50% remaining amount will be paid upon receiving the sketch. For Sketch order, full payment after receiving my rough sketch without cleaning.
• Cancellations will only be in the [Discussion] stage, but if you cancel when I am working on your sketch(rough sketch for sketch order) in the [Payment] stage above, the deposit will not be refunded.
• If no payment is received within 7 days after invoice issued, it will be interpreted as a cancellation. If you are unable to make it, please inform me beforehand.
